YouNme.io ("YouNme", "we", "us") is an AI entertainment service that remixes photos you upload into fictional, humorous scenes. All generated images are AI-produced fiction and do not depict real events.
You must be at least 13 years old to use YouNme. If you are under the age of majority in your country, you must have permission from a parent or guardian.
You may only upload photos of yourself, or of people who have given you explicit permission to be used in AI-generated images. You must not upload photos of minors, of celebrities, or of anyone who has not consented. You keep ownership of the photos you upload; you grant us a limited license to process them solely to deliver the service to you.
You agree not to use YouNme to create content that is sexual, hateful, harassing, defamatory, misleading (including realistic-looking "deepfakes" of real people without consent), or illegal. We may refuse or remove any generation and suspend accounts that violate these rules.
Credits are sold in packs and do not expire. Because AI generations are delivered instantly and consume compute, purchases are generally non-refundable once credits have been used. Unused credits may be refunded in accordance with our Refund Policy.
Generated images are fictional and produced by third-party AI models. Results may be imperfect, unexpected, or unflattering. YouNme is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 3 months.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the service at any time.
